Welcome to Tapix. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tapix mobile application and the website at https://tapixsolutions.com, operated by Tapix Solutions. By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
Tapix is a point-of-sale and business management application providing POS functionality, inventory management, double-entry accounting, sales analytics, invoicing, multi-language support (English, Arabic, French), and multi-platform availability. The App operates offline-first, storing data locally on your device.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining confidentiality of your credentials, all activities under your account, and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
Tapix offers: Weekly ($3/7 days), Monthly ($10/30 days), Yearly ($70/365 days), and Lifetime ($249 one-time). All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not process payments on our website. Refunds are governed by the respective app store policies. We may modify prices with advance notice.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not: reverse-engineer the App; copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malware; interfere with App performance; use automated bots; or remove proprietary notices.
The App and all associated intellectual property is owned by Tapix Solutions. You retain all ownership rights to business data you enter into the App. Your data is stored locally and remains under your control.
The live demo is for evaluation only. It does not save data, has no backend connection, runs entirely in the browser, and is provided "as-is" without warranties.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Financial calculations are tools to assist you and should be verified by a qualified professional.
Tapix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Tapix Solutions from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate access if you violate these Terms. Your locally stored data remains on your device.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Tapix Solutions.

تابكس هو تطبيق نقاط بيع وإدارة أعمال يوفر: نقاط البيع مع مسح الباركود، إدارة المخزون، محاسبة القيد المزدوج، تحليلات المبيعات، الفواتير، دعم متعدد اللغات (الإنجليزية، العربية، الفرنسية)، وتوفر متعدد المنصات. التطبيق يعمل بدون اتصال أولاً مع تخزين البيانات محلياً على جهازك.
يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق. إذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق نيابة عن شركة، فإنك تقر بأن لديك السلطة لإلزام تلك الجهة.
أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة، والحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتمادك، وجميع الأنشطة تحت حسابك، وإخطارنا بأي استخدام غير مصرح به.
يقدم تابكس: أسبوعي (3 دولار/7 أيام)، شهري (10 دولار/30 يوم)، سنوي (70 دولار/365 يوم)، ومدى الحياة (249 دولار مرة واحدة). جميع المدفوعات تتم حصرياً من خلال Google Play أو Apple App Store. نحن لا نعالج المدفوعات على موقعنا. سياسات الاسترداد تحكمها سياسات متجر التطبيقات المعني.
أنت توافق على استخدام التطبيق لأغراض مشروعة فقط. لا يجوز لك: الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق، نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أو بيع أي جزء، محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، نقل برامج ضارة، التدخل في أداء التطبيق، استخدام أنظمة آلية، أو إزالة إشعارات الملكية.
التطبيق وجميع الملكية الفكرية المرتبطة به مملوكة لتابكس سوليوشنز. تحتفظ بجميع حقوق الملكية لبيانات الأعمال التي تدخلها. بياناتك مخزنة محلياً وتبقى تحت سيطرتك.
العرض التجريبي لأغراض التقييم فقط. لا يحفظ بيانات، لا يوجد اتصال بخادم خلفي، يعمل بالكامل في المتصفح، ويتم تقديمه "كما هو" بدون ضمانات.
يخضع استخدامك أيضاً لـ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.
يتم تقديم التطبيق والموقع "كما هو" بدون ضمانات. الحسابات المالية أدوات مساعدة ويجب التحقق منها من قبل متخصص مؤهل.
لن تكون تابكس سوليوشنز مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية. لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبالغ المدفوعة في الـ 12 شهراً السابقة.
أنت توافق على تعويض تابكس سوليوشنز من أي مطالبات ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط.
يجوز لنا إنهاء وصولك إذا انتهكت الشروط. بياناتك المخزنة محلياً تبقى على جهازك.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الشروط. استمرارك في الاستخدام يشكل قبولاً.
تحكم هذه الشروط وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها. يتم حل النزاعات بالتفاوض بحسن نية أولاً.
إذا تبين أن أي حكم غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى الأحكام المتبقية سارية.
تشكل هذه الشروط مع سياسة الخصوصية الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبين تابكس سوليوشنز.

Tapix est une application de point de vente et de gestion d'entreprise : POS avec scan de codes-barres, gestion des stocks, comptabilité en partie double, analyses des ventes, facturation, support multilingue (anglais, arabe, français), et disponibilité multi-plateforme. L'Application fonctionne hors-ligne en priorité.
Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans. Si vous utilisez l'Application pour une entreprise, vous déclarez avoir l'autorité pour engager cette entité.
Vous êtes responsable de fournir des informations exactes, maintenir la confidentialité, toutes les activités sous votre compte, et nous notifier de toute utilisation non autorisée.
Plans : Hebdomadaire (3$/7 jours), Mensuel (10$/30 jours), Annuel (70$/365 jours), À Vie (249$ unique). Tous les paiements sont traités exclusivement par Google Play ou Apple App Store. Nous ne traitons pas les paiements sur notre site. Les remboursements sont régis par le magasin d'applications concerné.
Utilisation à des fins légales uniquement. Il est interdit de : décompiler l'Application, copier ou distribuer toute partie, accéder de manière non autorisée, transmettre des logiciels malveillants, interférer avec les performances, utiliser des bots, ou supprimer les mentions de propriété.
L'Application est la propriété de Tapix Solutions. Vous conservez tous les droits sur vos données commerciales, stockées localement sous votre contrôle.
La démo est à des fins d'évaluation uniquement. Aucune donnée n'est sauvegardée, aucune connexion backend, fonctionne dans le navigateur, fournie "telle quelle".
Votre utilisation est également régie par notre Politique de Confidentialité.
L'APPLICATION EST FOURNIE "TELLE QUELLE" SANS GARANTIE. Les calculs financiers sont des outils d'aide et doivent être vérifiés par un professionnel qualifié.
Tapix Solutions ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs. Notre responsabilité totale ne dépassera pas les montants payés dans les 12 mois précédents.
Vous acceptez d'indemniser Tapix Solutions contre toute réclamation liée à votre utilisation ou violation de ces Conditions.
Nous pouvons résilier votre accès en cas de violation. Vos données locales restent sur votre appareil.
Nous pouvons modifier ces Conditions. L'utilisation continuée constitue une acceptation.
Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois applicables. Les litiges seront résolus par négociation de bonne foi.
Si une disposition est jugée inapplicable, les dispositions restantes restent en vigueur.
